Diane Chick is TradeLanes Director of Customer Success. As the voice of the customer, she is responsible for customer onboarding, user experience, and maximizing customer value throughout the customer lifecycle. Diane began her career in the ocean carrier industry. After 15 years in Operations with Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL), Diane joined Louis Dreyfus Allenberg Cotton in 2011 as the Export Logistics Manager. For a change in direction, Diane moved to AutoZone in 2019 as the Direct Import Global Logistics Manager. With Diane's background in ocean carrier services, export logistics, and import retail freight, she brings a wealth of knowledge to TradeLanes and our clients. Her experiences help identify trade execution software solutions for shippers. Diane graduated from The University of Memphis with a bachelor's degree in Transportation & Logistics.
